Warranty Policy

1. Scope and Duration of Warranty

Drone (Complete Unit)

  • Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of purchase
  • Coverage: Defects resulting from manufacturing or material issues under normal usage.

Core Components

  • Includes: Flight Controller, ESC, Remote Controller, Transmission Module, Motor, Battery
  • Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Coverage: Functional failures caused by manufacturing or material defects under normal usage.

Special Note:

  • If a purchased product or its brand/manufacturer explicitly states a different warranty period or conditions, the brand/manufacturer’s warranty policy prevails.
  • If the brand/manufacturer has no specific warranty policy, this policy will apply.
  • For accessories with a different or special warranty period, details will be provided on the corresponding product page.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damage Due to Human Error or Accidents: Damage caused by collisions, crashes, water exposure, overload, unauthorized disassembly, or modifications. Damage resulting from improper operation, storage, or maintenance not in accordance with product instructions.
  • Environmental Factors: Damage caused by operation in unsuitable environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic fields) or by force majeure events such as lightning, natural disasters, etc.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Damage resulting from repairs, modifications, or component replacements performed by non-authorized service providers.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Includes but is not limited to natural battery degradation, standard propeller wear, and minor cosmetic damage.
  • Beyond Warranty Period: Any defects or failures occurring after the warranty period has expired.
  • Proof of Purchase: Failure to provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) or inability to confirm purchase date or origin.
  • Inability to Return or Service: If a customer cannot send the product or components back to the designated service center, we will be unable to provide warranty service.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Contact Customer Support

If you believe your product may have a quality issue covered under warranty, please contact us first via email or phone. Provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue along with relevant photos/videos

Our support team will conduct a preliminary assessment. If it appears to be a covered warranty issue, we will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping or Return for Inspection

  • Follow the instructions provided by customer support to safely pack and ship the product or relevant components to our designated address.
  • All shipping costs and any associated fees (including freight, customs duties, clearance fees, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you cannot bear or arrange the shipping process, we will be unable to fulfill the warranty service.

Inspection & Repair/Replacement

  • Inspection Period: Within 10 business days of receiving your product, we will complete a fault diagnosis.
  • Repair/Replacement Period: If it is confirmed to be a warranty-covered defect, we will repair or replace it within 10–30 business days after the inspection.
  • Once the repair or replacement is completed, we will ship the product back to you. The return shipping fees and any potential customs duties are at your expense.
  • If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of the estimated costs before proceeding.

4. Additional Information

  • Firmware Updates: To ensure optimal performance, please keep your drone’s firmware and software updated. Issues caused by failure to update in a timely manner are not covered by this warranty.
  • Flight Safety: Always inspect the battery, propellers, frame, gimbal, etc. prior to flight. Damage resulting from adverse weather conditions or operator negligence is not covered.
  • Legal Terms: This warranty policy is valid insofar as it does not conflict with local laws and regulations. In case of such conflict, local laws will prevail.
  • Right of Final Interpretation: We reserve the right of final interpretation of this policy and may amend it as deemed necessary based on actual circumstances.
