RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. To return a purchase, please email us at [email protected].

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will also not be eligible for return.

NOTES:

  • Please do not return any orders without prior communication.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund time depends on the payment method:

  • Credit or Debit Card: The refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

To return your product, you must first contact [email protected]. Our staff will provide instructions, and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse will be unable to identify the sender, which may make your refund unavailable.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping fees for returning the product if it is not a quality issue.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over 50 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Purchase Source: Returns or replacements are only applicable to devices purchased directly on rcdronego.com. If you purchased your products from a third-party seller, please reach out to them directly.
  • Condition: Devices must be in “as new” condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. Accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Quality Returns: If an accessory or product is returned for no quality reason, the original return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Response Time: Once you email us regarding a return or refund, we will respond within 24 hours on business days. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received a reply within that timeframe.
